Returns

  • We pack our items with great care and affection to ensure that they reach our consumers securely. If your item is damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will take care of this right away.

    As great as our items are, we recognize that they may not always fit in your house. In such cases, we provide refunds as a service. We accept returns only up to 7 days after the purchase is delivered. We would want you to specify which goods you intend to return. If you are returning a portion of an item, please give back only the portion of the order to the pickup agent.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will get refund in 4-7 days.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
